The conference will take place in a picturesque corner of the Ukrainian Carpathians in a cozy educational and health camp of the National University «Lviv Polytechnic» “Polytechnic-2”, located in Slavsko, Lviv region. Slavsko is not only a unique local flavor that makes many guests fall in love with it once and for all, but also a base for skiing and recreation, where everyone can choose a trail according to their level of athletic training.

The conference will be held in a hybrid format. Links to join the sessions will be sent to registered participants.

The aim of the Conference:

Discussion of new ideas in the field of strategic management, portfolio, program and project management.

Section 1. Integration of Strategic Management with Portfolio, Program and Project Management: Models, Methods, and Techniques

Section 2. Managing ІТ Projects

Speeches by experts in IT project management

Section 3. Application of Effective Management Technologies in Practice.

Speeches by experts in management. Speeches by students graduated in project management about their professional achievements.

PUBLICATION OF MATERIALS

The conference materials will be published in the form of a collection of abstracts and in the NTU "KhPI" Bulletin.

  • Abstracts are accepted in the amount of 2 pages of A4 text, including figures, in MS Word (abstracts must be attached to the registration form or sent to the program committee's email address publish.conf@gmail.com)
  • Conference language: English.
  • The file name should correspond to the surname of the first author.

Abstracts should be prepared in accordance with the following requirements:

  • font Times New Roman, size 14; margins: left, right, top, bottom - 2 cm; line spacing - single;
  • first line - the title of the report in capital letters, centre alignment, bold;
  • the second line - initials and surnames of the authors of the report in bold in the centre;
  • in the third line - the full name of the organisation and the city in italics (bold).
  • Figures inserted into the text should be no larger than 12 by 9 cm in size and should use the following formats: bmp, tif, jpg. The font size under the figure is 12 pt. Figures made using Word must be grouped
  • References to the literature are given in APA style.

Payment for the paper publication in the Bulletin of the NTU "KhPI" 2 150 UAH per page 5 EUR per page
1 Payment is made separately after the paper acceptance by the Program Committee
2 Printed copy of a scientific bulletin with conference papers is not included in the paper publication cost. Printed copies of the bulletin can be ordered separately. The cost will be 300 UAH for participants from Ukraine and 12 EUR for participants from abroad.
REGISTRATION FEES PAYMENT DETAILS:

For Authors (Bulletin of the NTU "KhPI")
  1. Papers submitted to the Program committee consideration , must fully comply with design requirements. Otherwise, the paper will be returned to the author for refinement or the publication will be refused.
  2. In case of their full compliance with the requirements, papers will be send to a double anonymous review.
  3. If the paper received a negative review its publication may be denied. In this case, the Program committee reserves the right to return the author's paper for revision.
  4. The paper recommended by reviewers and the Program committee should be paid in accordance with section "Price" in the allotted time, which is defined in Section "Important Dates" . In case of late publication costs payment, the Program committee reserves the right not to publish the paper. The publication payment in this case will be returned to the author in full.
  5. Papers that have successfully passed the review process and were promptly paid will be published in the Bulletin of NTU "KhPI". Series: Strategic Management, Portfolio, Program and Project Management . The journal is included in the list of scientific specialised editions of Ukraine; abstracted and indexed in the international scientometric databases, repositories, libraries, search engines, and catalogues.
  6. All conference papers that will be published in the journal will have DOI numerical identifiers
